It is in fact located 200 meters from the Carciano pier, 1 kilometer from the Stresa railway station (1 hour by train from Milan and 3 hours by train from Geneva), 2.5 kilometers from the Baveno-Stresa motorway toll booth and 52 kilometers from Milan Malpensa international airport.
The strategic location of the Residence makes it ideal to not only explore Lago Maggiore and its wonders but also the main cities of North Italy: Milano (85 kilometres), Torino (140 kilometres), Genova (210 kilometres), Verona (235 kilometres) and Bologna (300 kilometres). Furthermore the border with Switzerland is only at 42 kilometres. Upon request it is possible to book a transfer service which will be fully available to you to reach any desired location and for any number of passengers you need to.
Just a few steps from our Hotel is located the Turistic Pier of Carciano, where it is possible to board in order to reach all the different towns of the lake, the Borromeo Islands and even reach Switzerland. Numerous are the boats that travel through the Lake everyday offering a cheap transportation mean from one shore to the other, but also a remarkable opportunity to visit the lake and enjoy its amazing natural wonders.
